I am a Senior Mentor working on a project called Building Better Opportunities where I support people into employment, training or volunteering.  I have been involved in Supported Employment for over 11 years and have a lot of knowledge how to get into work, CV writing, interview skills and benefits.  In my time in Supported Employment I have delivered many training sessions including, how to write a CV, interview skills, application forms and benefits. 

I have completed my Level 3 in Education and Training qualification last year and am looking forward to delivering training sessions for Living in the UK.

(Wiseaboutfood CIC) provides benefits to communities in Hertfordshire and further afield, with respect to healthy eating, diet, exercise and the benefits of socialising, specifically this is intended to be the elderly, isolated, disabled, disadvantaged and children; also people who care for these groups: care home workers, early years workers, their support staff,  health visitors, school caterers, parents too.
