CVSBEH staff are all still working from home and keen to offer help and support:

  • if you’re an existing community group
  • if you are a new group responding to the COVID-19 crisis
  • if you want to donate or volunteer to help during this crisis

‘Stay Safe Hertfordshire: Play Your Part’ Campaign Hertfordshire County Council has launched a countywide campaign focusing on four of the most important things you can do to help reduce the spread of coronavirus: hand washing, social distancing, wearing a face covering and getting tested if you have symptoms. A useful toolkit with social media posts and posters has been created.

7 Issues for Trustees to Consider – This document pulls together a checklist of the key issues trustees should consider to ensure they offer the best support for their organisation.

Catering for the COVID-19 Crisis – This document will train you in how to make easy recipes with the staples in your cupboards.

Broxbourne and East Herts Delivery Schemes – These schemes help people with different services, such as deliveries for food and medicine and posting mail.

Funding Bulletin – CVSBEH have produced a list of grants and funding opportunities available to organisations during the COVID-19 pandemic.  The list will be updated fortnightly and we will endeavour to provide the latest information but recommend you check the details online before beginning an application.
