#TeamHerts Volunteer Coordinator Network Forum

This Volunteer Coordinator Network Forum is ideal for volunteer managers, recruiters or supervisors to come and learn about best practise in volunteer management, network and share experiences of managing volunteers. You will particularly find this session useful if you are new to your role or are looking to introduce a volunteer program within your organisation. For those who already have a program in place, it is the ideal time to refresh and share experiences with others in the same position as you.

The theme for this session is “Diversity”
• Equal opportunities legislation
• Consider what groups may generally be excluded
• Explore how organisations exclude
• Discuss the benefits of being diverse
• Identify how an organisation could change to be more open
There will also be an opportunity at the end for you to bring your issues or questions to the group.
