Advice on charity issues – Guidance on setting up a group, registering or dissolving a charity.
Organisational review – Review of current status including governance, policies and procedures, funding strategy, business planning etc.
Develop your organisation – Support and guidance with actions resulting from Organisational Health Check.
Developing your team – Advice and guidance on developing your workforce.
New project support – Guidance with the development of specific new and special projects.
Social enterprise support – Support and development advice for new social enterprises.
Small Groups support – Support from a Small Groups Development Worker (SGDW). For groups with an annual income less than £30k.
